The prices and conditions of sale are for information purposes only and may be modified according to market fluctuations. However, the completion of the order by filling out the purchase form, implies conformity with the price offered and the general conditions of sale in force at that particular time. Once the order has been formalized, the purchase will be understood to be perfected by right, with all the legal guarantees that protect the purchasing consumer and, from that moment, the prices and conditions will have contractual character and cannot be modified without the express agreement of both contracting parties. Spanish will be the language used to formalize the contract. The electronic document in which the contract is formalized will be filed and the user will have access to it in his customer area.

Deliveries

Delivery times range from 24 to 48 hours. We cannot guarantee these delivery times, although we try to have the shipping companies meet them whenever possible. No deliveries will be made on weekends and holidays. In rural towns far from urban centers it is not possible in any case to guarantee delivery within 24 hours.

Delivery times will depend on the availability of each product, which is indicated in each and every one of the products offered. In orders that include several items will be a single shipment and the delivery time will correspond to the article whose delivery time is greater.

The customer will have 72 hours to check the integrity of all components of the order and to verify that everything is included in the products included. After these 72 hours the shipment will be considered accepted and no claims will be accepted for defects or failures with the shipment. An order will be considered delivered when the delivery receipt is signed by the customer.

It is in the next 24 hours when the customer must verify the products upon receipt of the same and expose all the objections that may exist. In case of receiving a product damaged by transport it is advisable to contact us within the first 24 hours to claim the incident to the transport company. In the same way it is advisable to leave a record to the transport company: ASM: 951 91 29 75.

Shipments to Ceuta, Melilla and Canary Islands

Arcadexpress ships to Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands by Correos Certificado or Paquetería Azul. Delivery times will depend on whether you choose one option or the other. Likewise, for these destinations it is essential to provide the number of the National Identity Card or Passport. 

Payment Methods

Arcadexpress supports the following forms of payment:

  • Bank transfers (the order will not be shipped until the transfer is effective. No commission).
  • Paypal (with commission).

Returns

According to current legislation, you can proceed to the return of products, for whatever reason, within 15 calendar days of receipt of the goods by the customer. To do this you must comply with the conditions set out in this page of conditions. You can do this by e-mail or by telephone.

Returns conditions for private customers

We will not accept returns of the following products, as established by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws:

  • The provision of services, once the service has been fully executed, when the execution has begun, with prior express consent of the consumer and user and with the recognition on his part that he is aware that, once the contract has been fully executed by the entrepreneur, he will have lost his right of withdrawal.

  • The supply of goods or the provision of services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market which the entrepreneur cannot control and which may occur during the withdrawal period.

  • The supply of goods or the provision of services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market which the entrepreneur cannot control and which may occur during the withdrawal period.

  • The supply of goods made to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized, such as computers configured a la carte.

  • The supply of goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly.

  • The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene.

  • The supply of goods which after delivery and taking into account their nature have been inseparably mixed with other goods.

  • The supply of sealed sound or video recordings or sealed computer programs that have been unsealed by the consumer and user after delivery.

  • The supply of digital content that is not provided on a material support when the performance has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer and user with the knowledge on his part that he consequently loses his right of withdrawal.

  • Refunds must include all amounts, including, if applicable, shipping costs paid at the time of purchase. And it will be made using the same means of payment used in the initial sale.

All goods must be returned in their original packaging and conditions, in perfect condition and protected, avoiding stickers, seals or adhesive tapes directly on the surface or packaging of the article. Otherwise Arcade Express reserves the right to refuse the return. Once the return form has been completed and sent, you will receive instructions on how to return the goods to us by email. You must send the goods without any delay, within a maximum period of 30 days after you communicate us your wish to exercise the right. You will be responsible for the transport costs incurred in returning the goods. You are free to choose the agency that best suits your needs or offers the most competitive rates. Once the goods have been received and checked that they are in perfect condition, the refund will be processed. We will refund the payment received from you, excluding shipping costs or other additional costs. We will make the refund within 30 calendar days after you exercise your right of withdrawal. Until we have received the goods we may withhold reimbursement. Return of products with gift or promotion: the complete return (complete pack or item + gift) will be mandatory in order to proceed with the refund. In the case of products that include game download codes, it will be a requirement not to have downloaded it in order to proceed to the full refund. In the event that it has been downloaded, the amount of the game will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.

Return conditions for distributors

We will only accept returns of unsealed material in perfect condition, within 30 calendar days of receipt. Existing promotions on the web that extend the 30-day delivery period will not be applicable to distributors, who will always have a 30-day return period. Such returns will be processed as commercial returns, as there is no law regulating the rights of return between companies and such returns are regulated according to the conditions of Arcade Express. We will not accept returns of products in blister or heat-sealed packaging, and other products that have a broken factory security seal; such as motherboards with unsealed cables, monitors, printers, memory cards, etc. These conditions do not waive the right to warranty or exchange defective products. Arcade Express reserves the right to refuse the return in the event that any anomaly is detected in the returned product.

Cancellations of orders

Those cancellations of orders that involve a refund to the customer and that are by bank transfer will have a maximum period of 30 days for administrative procedures, although we try to keep the period no longer than 7 days. Arcade Express reserves the right to immediately cancel and refund the order if there is an error in the price of the product or if it could not be served for reasons of stock and the customer does not accept any similar product.
