Product warranties

Arcade Express, company owner of Arcadexpress.com, guarantees according to the laws in force (Law 1/2007, of November 16th of Guarantees of Sale of Consumer Goods, within the national territory) and the following conditions all computer equipment, components and other products it distributes. The consumer can contact both the seller and the manufacturer of the product, which will respond to the lack of conformity that are manifested. All items in our catalog have a 2 year warranty from the date you receive your order. During this period we take care of checking and solving any incidence in the functioning of an article in the shortest possible time. Any manufacturer that has a warranty longer than the 2 years that marks the current law, must be processed directly with the manufacturer not being responsible for such cases Arcade Express.

Conditions for companies and distributors: When the customer is a distributor, or invoices as a company (non-individual), shipping costs to our facilities will always be borne by the customer, since the law on consumer goods does not regulate the sale between companies. In addition, the warranty in these cases will be the one stipulated by the manufacturer of the product. If what happens is that you have received the goods broken, manipulated or damaged, then there is a quicker procedure than the warranty, which is to report transport damage. The consumer may claim against the seller when the product is not in conformity with the contract:

In these cases Arcade Express will inform you so that you can decide whether to process it with us or with them. After 14 days from the reception of the products, Arcade Express will not be responsible for any type of expense derived from shipping costs and commissions, in the event that the user makes use of the guarantee, return or any other operation that involves any type of expense.

Warranty cancellation

Warranty rights shall be excluded because of defects due to:

  • Loss of the Warranty card.
  • Tampering or breakage of the warranty seals

  • When it comes to maintenance repairs, adjustment, overhaul or cleaning.

The warranty does not cover

The warranty covers only manufacturing defects of the products, not covering problems arising from configuration, installation or misuse. Warranty processing

The consumer and user may process the warranty by contacting Arcade Express. However, there are certain manufacturers that directly manage the breakdowns/defects/incidents produced in their products in order to provide a quality after-sales service and reduce the time. In this case, the customer may choose to take or send the faulty product directly to the manufacturer's SAT, generally at no cost to the customer. In case the product sent is in perfect condition and the problem is a configuration problem, it will be returned to the customer freight collect, being able to invoice the labor used in the verification or test of the allegedly faulty item.
