2 x Arcade Joystick Sanwa JLF / JLX / Seimitsu LS-5X series

The E-Clip retainer / washer for arcade joysticks is a small but essential component within the joystick mechanism, responsible for securing the actuator and spring on the shaft to ensure correct and precise operation.

This pack includes 2 E-Clip retainers compatible with Sanwa JLF, Sanwa JLX joysticks and the Seimitsu LS-5X series. It is the original replacement fitted to the lower part of the joystick shaft, just above the actuator, preventing internal components from shifting during gameplay.

Due to its small size, it is a part that is easily lost during maintenance, cleaning, or actuator replacement. For this reason, having spare clips is highly recommended to avoid leaving the joystick unusable due to the loss of such a small but critical component.

Installation:
Installation requires some precision. The spring and actuator must be held down against the shaft while the clip is fitted into the shaft groove. Using needle-nose pliers, press the clip until it snaps firmly into place with a small “click”. At first it may be a bit tricky, as the clip must fit tightly around the shaft diameter.
