Description - Seimitsu LS-60 SE Arcade Joystick (New OMRON Switch Model)

The LS-60 is an arcade joystick from the popular Seimitsu LS series, a manufacturer highly respected within the arcade community.

The Seimitsu LS-60 is essentially an upgraded version of the LS-58, offering a better feel and a softer spring with lighter tension. Another difference from the LS-58-01 is that it features dedicated OMRON "Red Switch" microswitches instead of an integrated PCB with soldered microswitches.

This is a relatively new addition to the LS series, designed with an even softer spring than the LS-58, though similar to the one used in the LS-62. This makes it an excellent option for players who prefer a looser feel, especially in games that demand fast, frequent movements.

It features a dedicated 8-way square restrictor and is a great alternative to the Sanwa JLF series, which it closely resembles. It's perfect for players after a smoother control feel in fighting games, with lighter tension than the Seimitsu LS-32.

Seimitsu's LS series is known for its high-quality components and reliable performance, with models suited to different types of arcade games. Ultimately, choosing a joystick comes down to personal preference and the genre each player enjoys most.
