Nylon Oversize Actuator Sanwa JLF / JLX / Hori Hayabusa Joystick

With the Nylon Oversize actuators we can mod our Sanwa JLF and Hori Hayabusa joysticks replacing the original stock actuator. With this modification  our joystick will have a shorter throw (-1, -1,5 or -2mm) and at the same time it will have a faster attack / actuation and diagonals. This modification will not modify the original neutral zone of the joystick. The neutral zone is the area that allows the joystick to return correctly to the center before executing the next movement.

There are other large actuators on the market, however, many of them do not properly account for the Neutral Zone / position. Instead, they simply enlarge the entire actuator, shortening the Neutral Zone and affecting the correct activation of the switches, thus affecting the Actuation Zone as well.

The Oversize Nylon actuator has been tested on both stock restrictors that come with the Sanwa JLF joysticks and the octagonal restrictor, achieving excellent results. These actuators are made of Nylon, a very light material, allowing the actuator to activate the joystick microswitches consistently.

The actuators presented here come in 3 different sizes: 1mm, 1.5mm and 2mm. The wider the actuator the faster the diagonals, the faster the attack and the shorter the joystick travel / throw.
